Mr. Keller is President and CEO of Caseless Ammunition Inc., and is also the exclusive worldwide licensing agent for UCC technologies. He is a Master Degree Tool & Die Engineer from Austria and started working with Mr. Usel in the early 1980's, assisting in the development of testing and manufacturing equipment for caseless technology. Since then he has been involved in the international promotion of Usel Technology.
